At 37, I noticed my body beginning to change. My menstrual cycle became irregular, and by 38, I started experiencing weight gain, anxiety, and heart palpitations. By the time I turned 39, I felt like a stranger in my own skin, grappling with a lack of joy, low self-confidence, and a body that no longer felt familiar after decades of living in it.
Five years of rediscovering myself and my body, and I’m more passionate than ever about living an incredible life!
The transformation I’ve experienced through training and nourishing my body in this new chapter has been a total game changer. Yes, there are still tough days, but that’s just part of the ride!
As a qualified personal trainer specializing in women’s health and a certified nutrition coach, I came to the realization that I was relying on outdated methods. I was training and eating as if I were still my younger self! If I needed to upgrade my approach, what about all the incredible women out there who don’t have formal training?
This is why I have decided to help other woman through this new chapter of life! We don’t have to have our mother or grandmothers perimenopause journey! Through education and lifestyle changes we can thrive through it.
In addition to my health and fitness background, I have dedicated 18 years to education and development within a multinational company. I have a genuine passion for education its been my life’s work so far.
