Grow Women’s coaching our mission is simple: To empower women with the knowledge to be strong and healthy as they age (strong, not skinny!).
We do this by delivering black and white science backed education on:
- How their body and brain changes on their menopause journey
- Showing woman the power of nourishing their body and understand how different foods/drinks impact us as we age.
- The Importance of strength training and the impacts that has on your symptoms as well as long term effects on aging vibrant and well.
- Better Sleep hygiene and understanding the importance of rest.
- Mental health and cognitive changes.
- Having HRT conversations if that is right for them.
- Helping Women understand that they we need new strategies.
- Create a lovely community of women to openly discuss what we are going through.
